방과 후 체육활동참여가 중학생의 신체조성 및 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

- The Effect of After-school Physical Activity on Body Composition and Health Related Fitness of Middle School Students.

Abstract
This study has examined the effect of after-school physical activity on body composition and health related fitness of middle school students. The duration of after-school physical activity training program of this study is 12 weeks, the training time in 1 hours warming-up 10 minutes, the skill training 45 minutes and cool down did in 5 minutes.
Exercise frequency is 5 time per week.
The results of this study are as follows:
1. body composition
1) height basketball class, soccer class, subject class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), between group variance showed statistically meaningful (p< .05).
2) Weight basketball class, soccer class, showed statistically meaningful decrease (p< .001). subject class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), between group variance showed not statistically meaningful different.
3) Body fat mass basketball class, soccer class, showed statistically meaningful decrease (p< .001). subject class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), between group variance showed not statistically meaningful different.
4) body fat basketball class, soccer class, showed statistically meaningful decrease (p< .001). subject class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), between group variance showed not statistically meaningful different.
5) muscle mass basketball class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .05), soccer class showed statistically meaningful decrease (p< .001). subject class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), between group variance showed not statistically meaningful different.
2. health related physical fitness
1) cardiopulmonary basketball class, soccer class, showed statistically meaningful decrease (p< .001). subject class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), between group variance showed statistically meaningful (p< .05).
2) explosive muscular strength basketball class, soccer class, showed statistically meaningful decrease (p< .001). subject class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), between group variance showed statistically meaningful (p< .05).
3) flexibility basketball class showed statistically meaningful increase(p< .001), soccer class, subject class showed not statistically meaningful different. between group variance showed not statistically meaningful different.
4) muscular strength basketball class, soccer class, subject class showed not statistically meaningful different. between group variance showed not statistically meaningful different.
