보육교사의 보육효능감, 창의적 인성과 전문성 인식간의 관계

- 현대 우리사회는 영유아를 전문적으로 보육할 수 있는 보육시설에 대한 요구의 증가와 더불어 전문성을 갖추고 이를 스스로 인식하는 보육교사를 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보육교사의 보육효능감과 창의적 인성 요인이 전문성 인식과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 알아보고자 한다.
연구대상은 부산광역시와 경상남도의 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 245명이다.
연구도구는 보육효능감은 현정환(2003)의 검사 도구를 사용하였고 창의적 인성은 박병기, 유경순(2000)의 연구에서 조은명(2010)이 수정·보완한 도구를 사용하였으며, 전문성 인식은 Lindsay와 Lindsay(1987)의 전문성 인식 도구를 번안한 김혜린(1993)의 연구를 기초로 하여 조은주(2012)가 재구성한 것을 사용하였다.
자료분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석, 단순·중다회귀분석을 실시하였다.
연구결과는 보육교사의 보육효능감, 창의적 인성과 전문성 인식간의 관계에서는 전문성 인식의 하위요인인 사회·경제적 지위를 제외한 나머지는 정적관계가 나타났다. 보육교사 보육효능감은 전문성 인식 전체와 하위요인의 전문적 지식과 기술요구, 사회봉사, 자율성, 직업윤리, 직업전문성의 하위요인에 영향을 미쳤다. 보육교사 창의적 인성은 전문성 인식 전체에 독자성, 호기심, 집요성, 하위요인의 전문적 지식과 기술요구에 독자성, 호기심, 개방성, 집요성, 사회봉사에는 독자성, 집요성, 자율성에는 집요성, 독자성, 직업윤리에는 독자성, 호기심, 집요성, 개방성, 직업전문성에는 독자성, 집요성이 영향을 미쳤다.
결론은 보육교사의 보육효능감, 창의적 인성과 전문성 인식간의 관계는 정적 상관관계가 있고 보육교사의 전문성 인식에 대해 보육효능감과 창의적 인성의 하위요인인 호기심, 집요성, 독자성, 개방성이 영향을 미친다.
