섀시모듈 조립공정의 생산실적 수집방법 연구
- Abstract
- The Infra of the automotive parts industry has been enhanced due to the development and reorganization of the domestic auto makers. Also, the export of the automotive parts has been increasing rapidly by the establishment of the overseas car factory.
For the company's competitiveness of the automotive parts company, the MES (manufacturing execution system) has been introduced actively in the factory. The data collection in the factory – the base of MES operation is moving from the traditional method based on daily record of working to the automatic collection of the production record by PLC and bar code labels or RFID tags attached to the pallet and box, In particular, the production data is collected by using a bar code scanner or a camera vision in the bar code. The method using bar code is better in the effectiveness of the investment than the method using PLC or RFID. There are many human errors in the method using bar code than the method using PLC or RFID and the accuracy of the collection of the production record can be falling. In this study, for the collection of the production record in the chassis module assembly process, the effectiveness of data collection method using a bar code scanner and vision cameras, and RFID reader is analyzed.
