소프트웨어 품질보증과 평가의 적용에 관한 연구

Abstract

The objectives of the software quality control are early detection of the potential problem and remedial action after inspection of the quality of development process and evaluation of the software product at the completion phase of the development. Therefore, the improvement of the quality and productivity of developed software product should be monitored effectively by the project status through the evaluation of software development procedure and the organization, plan of quality assurance. This study focuses on modeling of software quality evaluation for Environment Information System by using the score concerning the quality of development process in order to provide the objective standards for quality evaluation during the system design and enhance the quality assurance. The main contents of this study are as follows: 1. Design the model, quality checklist in terms of rationality and practical use and provision of the reasonable direction in establishment of quality objective. 2. Increased accuracy and fairness by weighted quality assurance factor according to priority for each criteria and objective of the project. 3. The proposed model is applied to the data collected from the questionnaire in order to evaluate the quality of the software that has been developed for Environment Information System(EIS) in Ulsan, Onsan area of Kyungnam province. 4. The survey executed by using the questionnaire with respect to the total number of 56 companies. The contents of the survey consist of 60 item including the general status, software quality evaluation, evaluation method, and verification of the proposed model for EIS. 5. The survey results are analyzed and discussed in terms of priority and weighed factors. The general and environment model comparison of the proposed model, current problems and solutions for EIS.
