Abstract
Modern Control theory based on state space method, especially Linear system theory is almost established and is being utilitied in respective field, optimal regulator minimizing quadratic form performance index is one of the most important problems theoretical and practical.

In optimal regulator, if a numerical formula model used for design is accurate, stability guaranteed regardless single input system or multi input system but in real system there is the uncertainty of quality change of controlled or error folling model and it is important to investigate possible permission size of uncertainty.

A study on the robust stability of optimal regulator can be divided into parametric and non-parametric.
This paper investigated robust stability change a viewpoint of non-parametric change, considering effect by control delay discrete time optimal regulator.
