자유학년제에서의 진로탐색과 창의력 향상을 위한 디자인 교육 프로그램 연구

Abstract
The purpose of this study is that Korea has been rapidly changing today with economic growth and technological development. Education is rapidly changing due to the rapid change in the times, and the curriculum has undergone many changes. Today's education has changed to the goal of fostering creative convergence talent with a focus on integrated education and open education rather than knowledge-oriented and memorized education. The free semester system was implemented in 2016 to address the excessive burden of entrance exams and the lack of career education among teenagers, which is pointed out as a limitation of the existing school education. In order to provide students with a variety of creative activities and career advancement experiences, the free semester system has been selectively implemented and the opportunities are being expanded with the free school year system. Art education is drawing attention as it increases. Among them, this curriculum is focused on attention as design education that has limitations enables flexible and creative thinking education. However, as the education programs are operated by schools, the quality of the classes is being operated by the class according to the ability to prepare for the education programs. There is a need to build a more systematic framework for liberal education programs and develop a variety of professional learning programs. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the current status of the free semester (year) system for Busan middle schools and to present a design education program instructional study that meets the improvement measures to supplement the limitations.

Specifically, the research process proceeds as follows.
Chapter 1 presents the background and purpose of the study and the content and method of the study.
Chapter 2 aims to understand the concept, background, purpose, and direction of the free school year as a theoretical background, and to understand the purpose of the free school year as a case study in Korea and the educational system similar to the free school year as a foreign case. .
Chapter 3 focused on the necessity of design education to see what kind of expected effects design education can bring to nurture creative talents and provide various career advancement opportunities for the purposes of the free school year.
In Chapter 4, the current status of design education operation in the middle school free grade system is investigated, and the operation condition of design education in the free grade system in Busan is analyzed in more detail to point out operational limitations and raise problems.
In Chapter 5, based on the theoretical considerations and investigations, a more practical and systematic career and creative convergence design education program was planned and instructional goals and instructional plans were presented in detail. In addition, the research object was selected and a class program was applied to analyze the results.
In chapter 6, as a conclusion of this study, the contents of the study were synthesized to present a comprehensive design education program instructional plan applicable to students in the free school year, and the final examination of the feasibility and expected effect of the education program.
As described above, this study identifies the practical limitations and problems in operating a free school year, recognizes the need to establish a more systematic design education program, and recognizes the need to establish various processes in design education. It was intended to propose a more specific creative education program guidance. Through this, the expected effect is as follows. First, through creative activities that enable flexible and diverse thinking, it is possible to promote thinking and achieve the expected effect of cultivating creative talent. Second, it is possible to experience and understand the field of design and career understanding in various design fields professionally. Third, through the educational process of this study, a systematic educational framework for design education was established in all schools, and the quality of education in all schools was intended to obtain a standard synergistic effect.
For the positive effect of the free school year, if the limit is improved and various educational programs have been systematically studied and utilized continuously in the practical education field, if the educational development for fostering future talents continues without losing the purpose of the free school year system do.
