Abstract

Welding technology is the most used technology in the manufacturing industry. This welding is the most basic industry required for manufacturing. It is a very important task to cultivate skilled workers due to the industrial structure changes and rapid technological development.

National Competency Standards (NCS) refers to the standardization of national competency by level, by industry sector or level, required for job performance in the industrial field, such as knowledge, skills, literacy, and attitude.

It shows the process of systematically learning to perform the function of coating arc welding compared to existing in-house training materials through the National Competency Standards (NCS) module textbook. Selecting the test subjects and comparison subjects, study the different contents at the same time and learn the job to present the efficient training method of NCS and compare the two groups through evaluation accordingly. Analyze the evaluation results and examine the differences between NCS and existing in-house training materials.

Through NCS module textbooks with excellent job performance capabilities, they acquire numerous functions and utilize them in field education to promote the development of the overall technology of the manufacturing industry and national development.
