해양미생물로부터의 적색 색소 생산에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- Marine bacteria which produce the intra cellular red-pigment was isolated from the sea water, isolated strain was identified as a Vibrio sp., by the morphological and biochemical properties. The red-pigment was extracted by absolute methanol from cells. The extracted pigment solution was relatively stable at pH range of 1-7. The absorption curves of two different pigments which were partially purified exbit maximum peaks at 213 nm, 533nm and 213nm, 535m respectively. The absorption curves were similar with that of the anthocyanin. The optimal culture-condition for accumulation of the red pigment was found to be pH 7 ; 1 day of incubation ; temperature, 21℃ ; 1% of tryptone and 0.5% of yeast extracts as the organic nitrogen source, 2% of fructose as a carbone source, 0.3% of ammonium sulfate as an inorganic nitrogen source. The extracted complexed pigment was partially purified by two-dimensional parer dhromatography. Two different pigments was separated with two-dimensional paper chromatography from crude organic extracts.
