지역 창업생태계 활성화 분석 모델을 이용한 부산지역 기술창업생태계 특징에 관한 연구

Abstract

현재 한국은 창업생태계의 성공적 조성을 위해 창업에 대한 자금, 보육, 교육 등을 전폭적으로 지원하고 있다. 혁신성과 창의성이 높은 신규 창업기업에 대한 지원으로 기술 및 벤처 창업을 육성하고 있는 것이다. 본 연구는 창업진흥원의 ‘지역 창업생태계 활성화 관련 분석 모델·지표 개발’을 기초로 하여, 기술창업 분야를 중심으로 부산지역의 창업생태계의 특징을 도출하고자 한다. 지역 창업생태계 측정을 위해 FGI와 델파이 조사를 활용하여 지표를 설정하였으며, 주요지표에 대한 하위요인과 세부요인을 수립하고 정량지표와 정성지표로 분할하였다. 정량지표는 국내 데이터를 활용하여 산출하였으며, 정성데이터는 설문조사를 통해 산출되었다. 연구를 통해 부산지역 내의 성공적 창업생태계 조성을 위해 엔젤투자자와 벤처캐피탈 유입과 투자에 대한 인식 강화가 이루어 져야하며, 연구개발인력과 하이테크 종사자 배출 및 확보를 위한 노력이 필요함을 제시한다.

Currently, the Korean government is giving its full support for childcare, education, funding for the establishment of businesses, and such in order to successfully create a business ecosystem. In other words, the Korean government is nurturing technology and venture businesses by supporting highly creative and innovative businesses which were newly set up. This study, based on ‘the development of analysis model and index for the invigoration of regional business ecosystem’ of Korea Institute of Start-up and Entrepreneurship Development(KISED), aims to figure out the characteristics of Busan region’s business ecosystem in the field of technology business. To measure the regional business ecosystem, indicators were developed by using FGI and Delphi method, subfactors of major indicators were constructed, and those were classified into quantitative and qualitative indicators. Quantitative indicators were calculated using domestic data, and qualitative indicators were calculated using the results of survey. In conclusion, this study suggests that understandings of angel investors, venture capital inflows and investments shall be deepened, efforts to turn R&D workforce and workforce in the high-tech sector out shall be put and such workforce shall be secured in order to create a successful business ecosystem in the Busan region.
