SS41P 열간압연 강판의 적정 壓下比와 이방성에 대한 기계적 성질의 변화에 대한 연구

Abstract
The characteristric mark of structural steel plate by cast slab is comparatively lower reduction ratio. In this paper, it was reported the effect of reduction ratio on properties of structural steel plate by cast slab. From the results of tests, it could be recognized that the sound steel plate was obtained by light reduction ratio (8-10) and that impact energy was reduced at heavy reduction ratio. It is thought this phenomenon depends mainly upon the shape of manganese sulphide inclusion. The manganese sulphide inclusion will be elongated and the number of it increased by dividing when the reduction ratio is heavy.
