창업 성과를 중심으로 한 중장년 창업지원의 타당성 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of the support program for senior entrepreneurs. The startup performance of senior was analyzed by the statistical data about the startup of government agencies. The performance of job creation, sales, and innovation company by senior entrepreneurs was greater than that of young entrepreneurs. Despite the high demand for senior startup and high survival rates of senior startup, the support policy for entrepreneurs is focused on young entrepreneurs. A policy for senior entrepreneurs startup is presented to prepare for an aging society, and to increase the efficiency of the support program. A policy for senior entrepreneurs startup will enable to support a good job for old age, and the job problem of young people will also be solved by discovering and fostering excellent senior entrepreneurs.
