해외직접투자 기반 기술혁신 성과에 관한 체계적 문헌 연구와 향후 연구방향 제언

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to systematically analyze domestic research trends on the technological innovation performance of companies based on FDI, and to suggest future research directions. 19 papers published in the Korea Research Foundation's listed academic journals between 2000 and 2019 were extracted. In addition, a systematic literature review of the paper was conducted. As a result of the research, it was confirmed that the research related to technology innovation performance based on foreign direct investment first appeared in 2000, and has been conducted steadily around international management-related journals since the mid-2000s. In particular, since 2010, there have been studies that regard technology innovation performance as a separate company performance (dependent variable) or use technology innovation performance as adjustable or medium variable necessary to identify the relationship between foreign direct investment and financial performance. However, it was confirmed that the identification of specific aspects of technological innovation performance creation through the establishment of subsidiaries such as technology acquisition or overseas joint investment and establishment of an overseas R & D center was relatively insufficient. Accordingly, this study is meaningful in terms of drawing a research agenda to overcome this.
