야구지도자의 열정이 지도자-선수관계와 질투심에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The present study, was investigated how baseball players' perceived enthusiasm for guidance affects the leader-player relationship and jealousy. To this end, a survey was conducted on 350 baseball players from 11 high schools in Busan, Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, and Daegu. The collected data were frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using AMOS and SPSS statistical programs. The results that or The result showed First, the harmonious passion within the leadership passion had a positive effect on dedication, friendliness, and complementarity. Obsessive passion had a positive effect on commitment and complementarity, Second, the harmonious passion within the leadership passion negatively affected the jealousy., Third, complementarity within the leader-player relationship negatively affected jealousy, This resuit suggests that a positive effect on the leader-player relationship and jealousy according to the passion of the leader perceived by the players. Therefore, baseball leaders in the field must guide players with passion when coaching them.
