우리나라 여성창업 및 여성기업가 연구 동향 분석

Abstract

As the domestic start-up and venture ecosystem becomes active, women's start-ups are also active, and although they contribute to job creation through women's start-ups and employment, research on women's start-ups and growth of women's companies is insufficient compared to research on men's start-ups and men's companies. In order to revitalize women's start-ups, this study attempts to grasp the research flow through analysis of research trends on the characteristics of women start-ups and women entrepreneurs. To this end, 20 research papers published in listed academic journals between 2002 and 2021 were extracted and Systematic Literature Review was conducted. As a result, it was confirmed that women-related research gradually became active from 2014. It can be seen that the characteristics of women's start-ups are reflected in the start-up intention and its performance, such as self-leadership, social capital, self-efficacy, and the activation of start-up support policies. It was confirmed that the characteristics of female entrepreneurs can be largely divided into entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial capacity, and external environmental characteristics. It is expected that the basis for start-up education and support policies to revitalize women's start-ups will be used through the characteristics of women's start-ups and women's entrepreneurs presented in this study.
