진단분류모형을 적용한 대학생 핵심역량 진단도구 개발

Abstract

본 연구는 진단분류모형을 적용하여 대학생 핵심역량 진단도구 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2021년 10월 19일부터 10월 26일까지 대학생을 505명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 검사도구 개발을 실시하였다. 개발 절차로는 핵심역량 관련 문헌 고찰 및 전문가 대상 면담을 통해 예비문항을 개발한 후, 내용타당도 및 예비검사를 실시를 통해 최종 예비문항을 선정하였다. 최종 예비문항을 바탕으로 Q행렬을 개발한 후, 자카드 계수, 중다회귀방법 및 문항타당도 검증을 통한 타당화 검증을 실시하여 최종 Q행렬 및 문항을 확정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 대학생 핵심역량 개인 및 집단 프로파일의 특성 및 검사결과를 분석하였으며 자료 분석은 Excel 2016, SPSS 25, R-4.0.4을 사용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, Q행렬 타당화 과정에서 자카드 계수, 중다회귀방법 및 문항타당도 검증을 통해 최종 예비문항 55문항 중 변별력이 떨어지는 6문항을 삭제하여 총 49문항이 선정되었다. 둘째, 대학생 핵심역량 프로파일 분석을 바탕으로 문항패턴에 따른 역량 보유수준을 제시하였다. 셋째, 개인 프로파일 뿐만 아니라 집단별 프로파일 분석에서도 문항패턴에 따른 역량보유수준이 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이는 기존 검사도구와 달리 총점이 같더라도 문항반응패턴에 따라 개인 맞춤형 프로파일을 제공할 수 있다. 나아가 대학이나 기관 등 그 규모가 큰 현장을 고려할 때 효과적인 집단별 개입방안 수립의 근거에 활용가능하다. 본 연구의 의의는 진단분류모형을 적용한 진단도구 개발을 통해서 검사 소요시간 단축 및 해석이 용이하고, 검사 후 총점이 같더라도 개인의 특성을 반영한 진단적인 정보 제공을 통해 실제적인 개입 방안을 수립할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있는데 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a core competency diagnosis tool for college students by applying a diagnostic classification model. To this end, after collecting data from 505 college students from October 19 to October 26, 2021, a core competency diagnostic tool was developed. The development procedure developed preliminary questions through review of prior research on core competencies and interviews with experts, and selected final preliminary questions through content validity and preliminary tests. After developing the Q matrix based on the final preliminary item, the validity of the Jacquard coefficient, multiple regression method, and item validity were verified to confirm the final Q matrix and item. Based on this, the characteristics and test results of the core competency individual and group profiles of college students were analyzed, and Excel 2016, SPSS 25, and R-4.0.4 were used for data analysis. First, a total of 49 items were selected by deleting 6 items with poor discrimination among 55 final preliminary questions through Jacquard coefficient verification, multiple regression method, and Q matrix verification process. Second, based on the analysis of the core competency profile of college students, the competency level according to the item pattern was presented. Third, not only individual profiles but also group profile analysis showed a large difference in competency level according to the item pattern. Unlike existing inspection tools, even if the total score is the same, a personalized profile may be provided according to the question response pattern. Furthermore, it can be used as a basis for establishing effective intervention measures for each group in consideration of large-scale sites such as universities and institutions. The significance of this study is to provide basic data to establish actual intervention plans by providing diagnostic information that reflects individual characteristics even if the total score is the same through the development of diagnostic tools using diagnostic classification models.
