Abstract

In this study, we sought to look at the operational status of the technology trading services and the weaknesses of the technology trading services by the technology trading agencies for various technology trading services items of the technology trading agencies designated by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy. And This study analyzes the importance and satisfaction level of the services provided by NTB Technology Bank and Tech-Bridge, which are representative technology trading platforms in the technology trading market, were evaluated and improvement plans were presented. The technology trading platform service was systematized into technology trading service, technology information service, and technology commercialization service, and detailed evaluation items were set below. The technology trading service consists of technology marketing, mediation, and technology value evaluation. The technology information service was composed of supply technology information, demand technology information, and technology matching. The technology commercialization service consisted of subsidy support and financial support. As a result of analyzing the importance of the technology trading platform, overall, supply technology information, technology value evaluation, technology marketing, and demand technology information are emphasized. Summarizing the results of the IPA analysis, demand technology information service was raised as a key management area, and financial support was consistently pointed out as excessive support. The significance of this study is that it evaluated the operation results of the technology trading platform, which had not been dealt with for 15 years, and suggested improvement measures. In conclusion, although improvement measures are needed for each technology trading service unit, more policy efforts are needed to more organically revitalize the technology trading market ecosystem itself.
