- Abstract
- In this study, the background of the enactment of the serious accidents punishment act, etc. are investigated. After that, the mutual comparative analysis was conducted on each requirement of the duty to secure safety & health to prevent serious industrial accidents under the serious accidents punishment act, and the disaster mitigation activity management system, and ISO 45001. And other investigation were conducted. Based on these investigations, the countermeasures of the serious accidents punishment act were studied by using the disaster mitigation activity management system and the ISO 45001. And the countermeasures to minimize damage by preventing primary damage such as serious industrial accidents from various events and also responding quickly to secondary damage such as disruption of business functions, etc. were studied and proposed.
