중국 중소기업의 문제점과 원인 및 개선방안에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- In 2021, the total number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China will account for 99% of the total number of enterprises in the country. Small and medium-sized enterprises play an increasingly important role in China's economic development, and their growth and development play an important role in increasing the employment and wealth of the whole society in our country. Therefore, vigorously developing SMEs is not only an inevitable choice for my country's future economic growth, but also an effective means to achieve various economic goals in the region.
However, due to many problems in the development of SMEs, the healthy development of SMEs is affected and restricted. Therefore, it is of great significance to the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises to study the problems existing in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyze the reasons, and propose feasible improvement plans.
This paper firstly defines the relevant concepts of SMEs and the development theory of SMEs. Secondly, this paper discusses the development history and current situation of SMEs. Third, this paper discusses and analyzes the reasons from both internal and external aspects. Internal discussions were conducted from three aspects: innovation, talent and financial management. External discussions were carried out from three aspects: financing, policy services, and legal protection. Fourth, through the research on the internal and external problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, put forward corresponding improvement plans. Mainly include: internal aspects, improve the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the human resources management system of small and medium-sized enterprises, and improve the financial management system of small and medium-sized enterprises. Externally, optimize the financial environment, enhance policy service capabilities, and improve laws and regulations.
