카본나이트라이드 기반의 PVA 복합막 제조 및 탈수 성능 연구
- Abstract
- Carbon nitride is the promising material because of the unique property which is different with other 2 Dimentional materials. Carbon nitride has a intrinsic 0.46nm size pores, where water is easy to pass, alcohol is hard to pass. To use this unique property efficiently, Carbon nitride have to disperse well in Polymer matrix. In the first study, for the better dispersion, Acid exfoliation is conducted. When the Strong acid (Surfuric acid) is intercalated in Carbon nitride layer, Carbon nitride structure is oxidated and broken, becoming the small size. Additionally hydrophilic modification caused by acid oxidation makes a high dispersibility in PVA matrix. but it has a limitation that oxidated pore size increase lead to non-selective diffusion, and small particle size has an restricted barrier property. So in second study, On surface polymerization is conducted to fabricate a large surface area and perfect structure Carbon nitride. PAA grafting is conducted to improve the affinity with PVA. In this study, PVA Mixed matrix membrane can get the dramatically enhanced selectivity, caused by the large size, good affinity with PVA, and molecular sieving effect of the intrinsic pore, which help overcome the limitation of previous research.
