- 중국에서 혁신과 창업은 경제발전의 중요한 원동력이 되었고 중요한 국가 전략으로 각광받고 있다. 현재 중국 대학생의 창업비율은 전반적으로 낮은 수준이다. 창업교육은 중국 고등교육의 종합적 개혁을 촉진하는 중요한 도구이며, 대학생들의 창업의도를 높여 경제발전과 사회고용을 촉진하는데 매우 중요한 실천적 의미를 갖고 있다.
창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구는 전문가들과 학자들에 의해 많이 수행되어 왔지만, 중요한 사실은 창업은 가르칠 수 있다는 점이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 디지털 환경에서의 창업교육의 개념과 의미를 보다 정확하게 정의해야 하고, 창업교육이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 영향의 메커니즘을 더 깊이 탐구해야 할 필요성이 대두되었다. 특히 디지털 경제의 발전이 대학생들의 창업에 대한 인식과 사고 방식을 변화시키고 창업교육에 새로운 도전을 가져왔기 때문에 디지털 창업교육의 영향에 관한 메커니즘을 더 깊이 연구해야 한다.
창업은 이미 전 세계적으로 중요한 연구 주제가 되어왔다. 그러나 창업교육의 효과에 대한 기존 학자들의 연구 결과들은 서로 모순되는 경우가 많아 추가적인 검증이 필요한 상황이다.
본 연구는 창업의도 분야의 이론과 문헌을 기반으로 디지털 창업의도에 초점을 맞추어 창업교육과 디지털 창업에 대한 연구 성과들을 조사하였다. 기존 연구와 중국의 창업교육 발전현황을 바탕으로 디지털 경제에서 상업전문대학 재학생들의 디지털 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 연구하였다.
본 연구는 창업 관련 현상을 설명하기 위하여 계획행위이론, 사회인지 이론, 자기효능감 및 기업가정신 이론을 기반으로 이론 분석과 실증 연구를 결합하여 창업교육이 상업전문대학 대학생들의 디지털 창업 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 메커니즘을 분석했다. 설문지를 통해 중국의 상업전문대학의 학생들을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였다. SPSS와 AMOS를 사용하여 상관관계 분석, 탐색적요인 분석, 매개효과 분석, 조절효과 분석 및 구조방정식모형 분석을 수행하여 관련 가설을 실증적으로 검증하였다.
본 연구는 계획행위이론과 창업이벤트모형에 대한 이론적 통합모형을 개발하여 디지털 창업교육이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 다중 매개효과에 대한 모형을 다음과 같이 구성하였다.
우선, 기업가정신과 창업 자기효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다.
둘째, 디지털 창업교육이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 수행하기 위해 계획행위이론과 창업 자기효능감에 기반한 새로운 모형을 개발하여 유의한 분석 결과를 얻었다. 첫번째 연구의 모형은 독립변수 (디지털 창업교육), 종속변수(디지털 창업의도), 매개변수(창업지식, 창업 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 자기효능감, 지각된 집단효능감) 그리고 조절변수(디지털 혁신)로 구성되어 있다.
마지막으로, 본 연구는 디지털 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요소를 실증적으로 규명하기 위해 계획행위이론과 창업이벤트모형에 기반한 통합 모형을 개발하여 유의미한 분석 결과를 얻었다. 두번째 연구의 모형은 독립변수(디지털 창업교육), 종속변수(디지털 창업의도), 매개변수(창업 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위통제, 지각된 바람직성 욕구, 지각된 실현가능성, 행동성향) 그리고 조절변수(기업가정신)로 구성하였다.
본 연구의 주요 연구 내용 및 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
(1) 디지털 창업교육은 디지털 창업의도에 유의미한 영향을 미친다. 연구의 첫 번째 기여점은 디지털 경제의 맥락에서 창업교육과 창업의도에 관한 연구라는 점이다. 창업은 역동적이며 기업가정신은 경제발전과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 디지털 경제의 도래와 함께 창업교육은 전통적인 창업교육에서 디지털 창업교육으로 진화했으며 기업가는 디지털 창업을 선택할 가능성이 더 높아졌다.
(2) 디지털 창업교육은 디지털 창업지식에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 기존 연구들은 대부분 창업교육 지원(외부지원, 내부지원)이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 초점을 맞췄지만, 디지털 창업지식에 대해서는 많이 다루지 않았다. 본 연구는 디지털 창업교육이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 잘 설명하는 계획행위이론을 디지털 창업 연구분야에 적용하였다.
(3) 디지털 창업지식은 디지털 창업교육과 창업태도, 주관적 규범, 디지털 기술 자기효능감 그리고 집단적 디지털 창업효능감 사이의 관계를 매개한다.
(4) 디지털 혁신은 주관적 규범, 디지털 기술 자기효능감, 집단적 디지털 창업효능감이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 조절역할을 한다.
(5) 기업가정신은 지각된 바람직성 욕구, 지각된 성향이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 영향에서 조절역할을 한다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같은 주요 시사점을 제시한다.
(1) 디지털 창업분야의 연구를 활성화하는데 기여한다. 본 연구는 디지털 창업교육이 대학생의 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 메커니즘에 대한 새로운 이론적 모형을 구축하여, 창업연구에서 단일 모형이 갖는 한계에서 벗어나 간접영향 경로효과 및 매개영향 경로효과 등 디지털 창업교육이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 다양한 영향에 관한 메커니즘을 심층적으로 분석하였다.
(2) 계획행위이론의 적용 영역을 확장하였다. 본 연구는 계획행위이론과 자기효능감이론을 기반으로 지각된 행동통제 대신 디지털 기술 자기 효능감과 집단적 디지털 창업효능감을 사용하여 기존 학자들이 수행하지 않은 디지털 창업교육이 디지털 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구를 통해 그 적용 범위를 확대하였다.
(3) 계획행위이론과 창업이벤트모형 간의 작용 메커니즘과 상관관계를 추가로 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 두 가지 고전적 모형들을 통합하여 디지털 창업분야에 적용함으로써 통합적인 이론적 시각을 제시했다.
본 연구는 대학생들의 디지털 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들, 디지털 창업교육을 통해 대학생의 디지털 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘과 맥락을 이해하는데 도움을 준다. 동시에 디지털 창업교육을 효과적으로 수행하고 대학생들의 디지털 창업의도를 높이는 방법에 대한 실용적인 지침을 제공할 수 있다. 이를 통해 중국의 창업교육 개혁을 강화하고 디지털 경제 맥락에서 창업교육 모형을 탐색하기 위한 이론적 분석 틀을 제시함으로써 중요한 참고 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.|In China, innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important driver of economic development and has been elevated to a national strategy. Currently, the overall entrepreneurship rate of Chinese college students is low. Entrepreneurship education is an important tool to promote a comprehensive reform of higher education in China, and it is of the great practical significance to enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students and promote the economic progress and the social employment. So it is urgent to strengthen the research on the entrepreneurial intention of college students.
Although experts and scholars have conducted a lot of researches on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention, many studies have shown that entrepreneurship can be taught. However, there are still certain problems. For example, the concept and the connotation of entrepreneurship education need to be defined more precisely, the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention in digital environment needs to be explored more deeply, and the mechanism of the role of entrepreneurship in the formation of digital entrepreneurial intention needs further in-depth research. Especially the development of digital economy has changed the entrepreneurial cognition and thinking of college students, and also brought new challenges to entrepreneurship education.
Entrepreneurship has become an important worldwide research topic . However, previous scholars' findings on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education are inconsistent and need to be verified.
This study focuses on the latest hot issue in the field of entrepreneurial intention and digital entrepreneurial intention for research. This study reviews the research progress of entrepreneurship education and digital entrepreneurship. And on the basis of the existing studies and the development of entrepreneurship education in China, the influential elements of digital entrepreneurial intention of college students in vocational colleges and universities in the digital economy are investigated.
From the perspective of entrepreneurship, this study selects the theory of planned behavior, social cognitive theory, self-efficacy theory, and entrepreneurship theory as the basis. And this study adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to investigate the mechanism of entrepreneurship education's influence on college students' digital entrepreneurial intention in vocational colleges and universities. Data were collected using a survey questionnaire, and the respondents were selected from students in a business higher education institution in China. Using SPSS software, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, mediating effect test, moderating effect analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis were conducted to empirically test the relevant hypotheses and examine the mechanisms and paths of the influence of digital entrepreneurship education on college students' digital entrepreneurial intentions, and the relevant findings are discussed.
This study developed a theoretical model of planned behavior and an entrepreneurial event model, constructed a multiple mediating effect model of digital entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention. Also, this study investigated indepth the mechanism of the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention from the following three aspects:
Firstly, the influence of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention was conducted with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. (Corresponds to Chapter 3.)
Secondly, based on the theory of planned behavior and the self-efficacy theory, a new model was developed to conduct a study on the effect of digital entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention, and valuable findings were obtained. It includes independent variables (entrepreneurship education), dependent variables (digital entrepreneurial intention), mediating variables (entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, perceived self-efficacy, and perceived collective efficacy), and moderating variables (digital innovation). (Corresponds to Chapter 4.)
Finally, based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of entrepreneurial events, an integrated model was developed, the moderating role of entrepreneurship was considered to empirically investigate the influential elements of digital entrepreneurial intention, and valuable conclusions were obtained. It includes independent variables (entrepreneurship education), dependent variables (digital entrepreneurial intention), mediating variables (entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, perceived desirability, perceived feasibility, and behavioral tendencies), and moderating variables (entrepreneurship). (Corresponds to Chapter 5.)
The main research elements and findings are as follows in this study:
(1) Digital entrepreneurship education significantly affects digital entrepreneurial intentions. The first breakthrough point of this study lies in the focus on entrepreneurial intention in the context of digital economy. Entrepreneurship is dynamic and is closely related to economic development. With the arrival of the digital economy, entrepreneurship education has evolved from traditional entrepreneurship education to digital entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurs are more likely to choose the digital entrepreneurship.
(2) Digital entrepreneurship education significantly influences digital entrepreneurship knowledges. Previous studies have mostly focused on the study of entrepreneurship education support (external support and internal support) on entrepreneurial intention, but have not specifically focused on the mechanism of the impact of digital entrepreneurship knowledge. This study incorporates a digital entrepreneurship into the TPB model, which well explains the effect of digital entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention.
(3) Digital entrepreneurship knowledge mediates the relationship between digital entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, digital technology self-efficacy, and collective digital entrepreneurial efficacy.
(4) Digital innovation plays a significant moderating role in the effects of subjective norms, entrepreneurial technology self-efficacy, and collective efficacy on digital entrepreneurial intentions.
(5) Entrepreneurship plays a significant moderating role in the effects of perceived desirability and perceived propensity on digital entrepreneurial intentions.
The key contributions of this study are as follows:
(1)This study promoted research and development in the field of entrepreneurship.
A new theoretical model of the influence mechanism of digital entrepreneurship education on college students' digital entrepreneurial intention is constructed, which gets rid of the limitation of a single model in entrepreneurship research. Various possible influence mechanisms of digital entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention are deeply explored, including indirect influence path effects and moderating influence mechanism path effects.
(2) The application area of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) is expanded. Based on the TPB model and self-efficacy theory, this study was further developed to use entrepreneurial technology self-efficacy and collective efficacy instead of perceived behavioral control to analyze the impact of digital entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intention, which has not been conducted by scholars before.
(3) The mechanisms of action and correlations between the TPB model and the EEM (Entrepreneurial Event Model) were further explored. This study integrates the two classical models and applies them to the field of digital entrepreneurship, thus presenting an integrated theoretical perspective.
This study can help us understand the influential elements of college students' digital entrepreneurial intention and the process of enhancing college students' digital entrepreneurial intention through digital entrepreneurship education. At the same time, it has practical guidance on how to effectively carry out digital entrepreneurship education and enhance college students' digital entrepreneurial intention. Also, this study provides theoretical guidance and methodological reference for deepening China's entrepreneurship education reform and exploring the entrepreneurship education model in the context of digital economy.
