양식 어류의 제품수명주기에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- The importance of fish farming is currently increasing for various reasons. However, the productivity of fish farming is declining, and it is necessary to reestablish the industry for sustainable development. Over the course of more than 30 years of history, fish farming has shown a unique growth pattern, but there is a lack of strategic consideration for this aspect. Therefore, this study aims to identify the types and stages of the product life cycle in cultured fish, taking into consideration their growth patterns, in order to propose an efficient strategy for the development of cultured fish. To achieve this, Time Series Cluster and Regression analyses were conducted using monthly production data for 12 major farmed fish. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that there are seven distinct types of the product life cycles in cultured fish, each with its own characteristics. Additionally, the product life cycle of each fish species was classified into growth, maturity, growth-type maturity, and decline stages. In addition, the necessity of fostering differentiated fish species and strategies was presented based on the product life cycle form and stage of cultured fish.
