Alternative Title: The Effect of Chinese Shunde Food Festival Visitors Experience Economy Factors on Satisfaction: The Moderating Effect of Visiting Experience

Abstract: This study is based on the application of Pine ＆ Gilmores experiential economy theory, aims to investigated the influence of experience factors(4Es: entertainment experience, educational experience, escapism experience, esthetic experience) on satisfaction. In particular, the study focuses on moderating effect of visit experience. An online survey was conducted for 30 days from January 2nd to January 31st, 2023 targeting the tourist who experienced the Shunde Food Festival, and finally 207 respondents were analyzed.
According to the analysis results First, the 4Es of Shunde Food Festival is significant effect on satisfaction. Second, the analysis of the moderating effect showed that visiting experience moderated the relationship between entertainment experience and satisfaction. Based on these analysis result, implications of the study were presented and ideas were proposed to revitalize local food festival in China.
