항공기 시스템 제빙 부츠 평가장비 및 시험평가 방법에 대한 연구
- Abstract
- De-Ice Boots are important parts of aircraft safety, and it is necessary to develop an evaluation equipment and test procedure. However, since the current evaluation method of the component is performed in an aircraft operation state, the environment in which the inspection is performed is not suitable and the evaluation accuracy is not enough to meet the requirements. In this study, a test procedure using the evaluation equipment was developed and verified after developing the evaluation tester of De-Ice Boots. First, evaluation tester was developed to increase or decompress air on the CN-235 aircraft control plane (Wing) De-Ice Boots to check for defects in the expansion and contraction of the used Boots. This checking process was also applied for newly installed De-Ice Boots. Instead of a simple visual inspection of the aircraft system, an air leakage inspection (expansion pressure 18±2PSI) can be done successfully for De-Ice Boots in a laboratory over micro-cracks. The expansion pressure was set for 18±2PSI and decompress level was set for 5PSI, respectively. Test procedure regarding the developed evaluation tester was prepared for De-Ice Boots and performed accordingly to verify the feasibility of the proposed test procedure. Test results revealed that the developed evaluation tester and corresponding test procedure were suitable countermeasures for the reliability test of De-Ice Boots in the aircraft system.
