다행정 레이디얼 피스톤 모터의 토크 시뮬레이션 모델 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract
In a multi-stroke radial piston motor, the number of strokes per revolution of each piston is equal to the number of lobes of stroke ring to increase the stroke volume. Therefore, the multi-stroke radial piston motor has low speed – high torque characteristics without a reducer. But the torque characteristics such as output torque and torque pulsation change depending on the number and shape of the lobes if the stroke ring, the number of pistons. In addition, flat angle given to the TDC(top dead center) and BDC(bottom dead center) of each piston stroke affect the torque characteristics too. In this study, we design the radial piston motor with 8 lobes and 10 pistons using by AMESim which hydraulic analysis program and simulate the output torque characteristics of motor. In addition, the torque pulsation of the motor is investigated by giving a flat angle. It is expected that the simulation results of this study can be used to design a stroke ring that can minimize torque pulsation and damage to the motor. This paper consists of five chapters, and the summary of each chapter is as follows. Chapter 1 describes the background of this study and methods of research. Chapter 2 describes the structure and operating principles of the radial piston motor. Chapter 3 describes the equations of the stroke ring profile design with epitrochoidal and sinusoidal curve, the equations of the opening area using hydraulic diameter between distributor and cylinder, the equations of leakages from distributor and piston, the equations of flat angle. Chapter 4 shows the simulation model of multi-stroke radial piston motor, and we analyze torque characteristics as pulsation, average output torque. We compare the torque pulsation according flat angle value. Chapter 5 describes summary of overall contents.
