덕트화재 감식을 위한 분할기법 및 화재패턴 분석기법에 관한 연구

Abstract

Looking at statistics on duct fires across the country over the past five years, 107 cases occurred, resulting in 118 casualties and KRW 49,644,289,000 in property damage, causing enormous damage compared to the frequency of fire occurrence. When a fire breaks out in a large building or factory with ducts installed, the ducts act as a passage for combustion, causing the combustion to expand rapidly and cause significant fire damage, making it difficult to determine the cause of the fire. For example, in the case of a fire at a nylon fabric manufacturer in Ulsan, rapid combustion expansion occurred due to an industrial air conditioning duct, resulting in massive property damage worth 19,527,987,000 won. In this study, based on the above fire cases, we analyzed the fire risk within the duct and proposed a segmentation technique and fire pattern analysis technique that can identify the cause of the fire in the event of a duct fire.
