유아 교사의 놀이참여태도가 또래유능성에 미치는 영향

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of early childhood teachers' play participation attitudes on children's peer competence, and the following research questions were set. First, what is the relationship between the early childhood teacher's play participation attitude and the young child's peer competence? Second, what is the influence of the teacher's play participation attitude on children's peer competence? This study conducted a survey targeting 303 teachers of children aged 3 to 5 years old working at kindergartens in Busan. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of the analysis, the overall play participation attitude of the early childhood teacher and the sub-factors of sensitive play, responsive play, and enjoyable play were correlated with the child's peer competence. Second, as a result of the regression step analysis, it was found that the variables affecting children's peer competence were playing reactively and playing happily among the sub-factors of the children's teacher's play participation attitude. This study shows that there is a close relationship between early childhood teachers' play participation attitude and peer competence. This study argues that the play participation attitude of early childhood teachers is important in the development of children's peer competence, and emphasizes that teachers should adopt a responsive and enjoyable attitude while participating in play, making efforts to improve the play participation attitude of early childhood teachers in the field. It suggests necessity.
