부산지역 소프트웨어 창업 기업의 특성에 관한 연구

Abstract

초기 스타트업에게 어려운 시기인 '스타트업 기업 데스밸리'의 경우 초기 창업부터 사업 안정화까지 재정적 어려 움, 시장의 어려움, 사업 확장 실패 등으로 실패로 이어지는 경우가 많고, 많은 스타트업이 이 시기를 거치지 않고 폐업으로 이어지는 경우가 많습니다. 우리나라도 IT 기반 스타트업을 꾸준히 배출하고 있지만 데스밸리를 극복하는 스타트업과 이를 극복하지 못하는 스타트업이 있습니다. 특히 부산의 경우 소프트웨어 스타트업 생산을 위해 다양 한 정책과 지원 프로그램을 통해 지역 IT 생태계를 조성하고 디지털 전환에 박차를 가하고 있지만, 안정적인 수익 모델을 갖추지 못한 소프트웨어 스타트업은 상당한 위기에 처해 있습니다. 부산광역시는 벤처기업 지원을 위해 다 양한 정책과 제도를 마련하고 있지만, IT 관련 스타트업의 성장 환경에 대한 모든 것을 갖추고 있다고 보기는 어렵 습니다. 따라서 본 연구는 부산 지역 소프트웨어 스타트업의 성장 요인을 파악하고, 안정적인 사업을 영위하는 기업들의 의견을 조사하여 위의 요인들이 스타트업의 지속적인 성장에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 도출 된 의견을 바탕으로 부산 지역 소프트웨어 산업 발전 방향과 성장 요인의 한계를 파악하고 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다.|In the case of 'Start-up Company Death Valley', which is a difficult time for startups in the early stages, it often leads to failure due to financial difficulties, difficulties in the market, and failure to expand the business from the initial start-up to the stabilization of the business, and many start-ups often lead to business closures without passing this period. Although Korea is also steadily producing IT-based start-ups, there are start-ups that overcome Death Valley and start-ups that cannot overcome it. In particular, in the case of Busan, the local IT ecosystem is being developed through various policies and support programs to produce software start-ups and is accelerating digital transformation, but software start-ups that do not have a stable profit model are in considerable crisis. Busan Metropolitan City is preparing various policies and systems to support venture companies, but it is difficult to say that it has everything about the growth environment of IT-related start-ups. Therefore, this study aims to find out the factors for the growth of software start-ups in Busan, and to investigate the opinions of companies operating stable businesses to find out how the above factors have affected the continuous growth of start-ups. And based on the derived opinions, I would like to find out the limitations of the software industry development direction and growth factors in Busan and suggest improvement directions.
