부산·경남지역 임대주택의 난방방식별 거주자 만족도 평가

Abstract

난방방식을 열원의 생산방식에 따라 분류하면 각 세대별로 설치된 개별보일러에 의해 운전되는 개별난방방식과 각 단지별 중앙기계실에서 생산된 열을 직접 또는 2차 기계실의 열교환기를 통해 각 세대에 공급하는 중앙난방방식, 그리고 1개 구내 또는 도시규모의 열생산설비에 의하여 생산된 열을 공동주택단지나 대형 건물에 공급하는 지역난방방식으로 대별할 수 있다. 아파트 난방방식에서 유류, 가스를 에너지원으로 하는 대규모 중앙난방 및 지역난방 그리고 가스 또는 전기를 에너지원으로 하는 개별난방방식 등의 순서로 발전하여 왔다. 부산지역 아파트의 난방방식에 따른 가구수 비율은 2005년 기준 지역난방방식 35.3%, 중앙난방방식 35.3%, 개별난방방식 24.4%로 나타나고 있으며, 이중 개별난방방식은 2005년 보다 3.3% 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 현행 공동주택의 난방운전방법을 온수공급의 시간적 연속성에 의해 분류하면 연속난방과 간헐난방으로 대별된다. 연속난방은 연속적으로 각 세대에 열을 공급하고 각 세대에서는 공급된 열을 실내온도조절기에 의해 외기온도 변화에 따른 난방부하의 변동에 대응할 수 있도록 공급온도 또는 유량을 조절하는 방식이다. 간헐난방은 1일 수회로 열공급을 간헐적으로 운전하여 난방공급을 조절하는 방식으로 외기온도의 변화에 따라 열공급 시간대와 회수를 정하여 관리자가 열을 공급하는 방식이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 거주자 만족 설문 비교분석과 실제 난방비를 산출을 통해 각 난방방식별 거주자의 의식을 알고 이를 통해 거주자 만족도를 평가한다.

After 1970's energy crisis, the problems of energy conservation have been considered foremost problems in the field of world industries. And resonable uses of fossil fuels are important because of our country's lack of natural resources, specially after the year 1997. Recently, Energy consumption ratio in rental apartment housings are increased because rental apartment housing constructions are augmented. So efficient heating type is very important for the Rental apartment. The types of the heating systems for the apartment are district heating system, central heating system, and unit heating system. The procedure of this study is as follows, 1) Understand the changes of heating systems, energy resources and energy prices historically. 2) Select model buildings, research actual heating costs, survey occupants' opinion, complain of related heating systems. The results of this study are determined as follows 1) In the point of actual heating costs, central heating system is most expensive system and district heating system is the leastexpensive system. 2) A survey[complain] of rental apartment residents has found that there are favored unit heating system.
