분리형 히트파이프를 이용한 배기열회수 환기장치의 성능에 관한 연구

- Abstract
- In this study, we use a separate-type heat pipe that can provide exhaust heat again recovered from a ventilator which exhausts contaminant generated in a room and brings in external fresh air. The separate-type heat pipe is the one that two heat exchangers where a fin is attached are installed in upper and lower parts and they are connected with a gas-liquid connection pipe. It is a device recovering heat energy by repeating a cycle of that operation liquid in the lower evaporation part absorbs high heat and evaporates and moves to the upper condensation part and then, the evaporated steam condensates again by loosing heat in the upper condensation part and moves down due to gravity and then, repeat the whole process again, i.e., it is a device recovering energy exhausted in a room by using evaporation latent heat of operation liquid (R-22).
After charging an amount of operation liquid corresponding to 40 %, 50% of the whole internal volume of the separate-type heat pipe heat exchanger in the heat exchanger, we examine the performance of the separate-type heat pipe heat exchanger by changing air velocity (0.4 - 1.5m/s) as a temperature condition at times of cooling and heating. As increasing air velocity, friction loss of the heat exchanger increased, and winter heat recovery rates are about 64% and 55% at air velocity 0.4m/s, charging rates 50% and 40%, respectively.
