Abstract

Recently, in order to prevent a budget waste of construction work and inefficiency factor beforehand in a construction market domestic that VE examination is advancing actively. VE comes to be realized by Job Plan Construction VE Job Plan can roughly be divided. It can divide in pre-study phase, study phaseand post-study phase. Idea evaluation and the optimal alternative plan evaluation belonging to study phase. A problem occurs in reliability reservation substantially from subjective evaluation by experience of VE team members. Therefore, this study suggested idea and the optimal alternative plan selection method (by performance evaluation, merit and demerit examination, potential expense side prediction, cost of construction examination, etc.) using AHP technique (Expert Choice Program) in order to grasp such a problem and to compensate it in idea and the optimal alternative plan evaluation.
