Abstract

The objectives of this thesis are : to observe demographic outlines of Chinese tourists who attend in night tour activities in Busan : to find night tour activity preferences and important degree of Chinese tourists who visit Busan and have full potential : to improve the quality of Busan by themselves : to measure general satisfaction of Chinese tourists who attend the night tour activities in Busan. The data are collected from Chinese tourist visiting Busan and returning to China at the Busan international airport. 139 questionnaires are collected and analysis. The statistical techniques are a frequency analysis, IPA analysis, and a regression analysis. The IPA analytical result shows four different parts. The first quadrant represents The high level of importance and the satisfaction with all good appearance of the activities including a safety/public order, the street night view, sightseeing famous spot, transportation means, means, money exchange, cruise sightseeing, the movie watches, the city trips. The second is placed in high importance and low satisfaction with delicacies street, and night market with the tour consultation. The third shows low importance and low satisfaction with casino, hair-dressing sightseeing, amusement facilities and nighttime shopping. The fourth include with the low importance and high satisfaction with public performance to watch with interest various activities.
