X-선 조사가 금붕어 장관평활근의 수축성 변화에 미치는 영향

- Abstract
- Irradiation which acts directly and produces the reactive oxygen radicals by ionizing water molecules, causes significant morbidity and mortalily. The muscle is damaged by direct action and oxygen radicals of irradiation. The irradiation effects of contractility changes on intestinal smooth muscles of the goldfish were measured by physiograph. A total of 40 healthy goldfishes weighing from 50 to 70 were divided into ten groups. The control group was without irradiation. The experimental group was sacrificed at 2 hour, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 6 days, 9 days, 15 days, and 40 days after 10 Gy irradiation.
The results were obtained as follows.
The contractility of control group was about a gravitational force of 1.15±0.15 g. After irradiation, the contractility in the goldfish intestinal smooth muscles were decreased. The contractility at the 2 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days gravitational force was significantly decreased (0.76±0.10 g, 0.52±0.10 g, 0.53±0.17 g, 0.55±0.07 g, 0.67±0.14 g ; p<0.05). Although the contractility at the 6 day, 9 days, 15 days, 40 days gravitational force was decreased with time, no statistically significant differences was noted(0.92±0.18 g, 1.02±0.16 g, 0.82±0.10 g, 1.07±0.15 g ; p>0.05). After irradiation, the contractility of the 6 day, 9 days, 40 days was increased approximately 43.2%, 48.7%, 51.1% of the 1 days after irradiation, the goldfish intestinal smooth muscles were recovered to normal.
