디지털 시대의 이용자 행태분석을 통한 버스 정류장 디자인 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review how the life environment around the public facility users have been changed with the advanced digital technology, and in terms of users, to analyze the fusion process of the technology into public facilities as the commonly shared places to meet the human needs. Further, this study tries to derive the present value and possibility of improvement as the human-oriented design in the retainable common spaces in the future, by observing and analyzing on how the users utilize the facilities located in the bus stop, in the category of public spaces. First, by analyzing on the users' activities, we report the poor environment of public facilities in the advanced digital era, and the cases contrary to human-oriented thoughts. This is not only to be considered in designing and arranging the public facilities with the introduced state-of-art technology, and but also to be regarded as the suppliers' role of designing the public structures in the bus stop through the specimen records and map coding. This study tries to find out the problems through the new method to find out the points of view of both supplier and observer as the user. Finally, in designing the public structures in the future, it requires to ensure improved life environment quality of the public users and to enable the possibility of designing the public facilities approximate to the users' thinking and activity in reality based on the total amenity, with respect to how to incorporate the human-oriented thought in terms of diversified aspects in this digitalized era.
