Abstract
Today Electric load converter (below Load cell) is widely used in various field. These kinds of way for developing of the converters started 40 years ago, at that time it began to be used as the partly improved form which was limited to measure the load over 10tons.
It should be solved the many problems to make better that Load cell 's precision and dependence in the pioneer day. Selecting the converter's substances was considered an important process, and for selecting the substances that are high stability and don't have any problems like the hysteresis needed a lot of efforts. Now studying and solving the problems over the Decades have universally developed using of the high precise converter which has below 0.02% of the maximum load. For the drawing of Electronic load converter, both of the studies that process converting an action load to an electronic signal and, 'What effects to output result' have done together. As well as, in order to minimize mistake it's important that users should understand the causes that effect Load cell's output character. There is no physical phenomenon converting a physical quantity like load and power to electronic signal directly. Therefor Load cell applies indirect way that load is changed to an converting elastic body and it is changed again to electronic signal. There are own takeoff-type appling piezoelectricity phenomenon and non-own takeoff-type like the dynamic converter and the strain gauge load in load-sensor way used this study, the strain gauge load is the most widely used.
We want to study a crane load control with the strain gauge Load cell by the Bluetooth wireless method through the research.
