인터넷을 활용한 시 교수-학습 방안 연구

Abstract

Today, many middle school and high school students are thinking that poem is a very boring, burdened and hard to understand. The emotional movement, beauty of language and development of imagination are far from the students. Today's education is still sustaining the point of view that emphasizes the composition of meaning done by the students and also emphasizes the method of learning. However, the poem education is not following this philosophy. Still, the teacher-centered class, passive participation of students, selection of the poems that makes no sympathy with students, study for examination is making the matters worse. In this study, I recognized the problems in today's poem education and emphasized the importance of internet. Internet education is useful due to its flexibility, quickness, mutual relationship and open environment. By using the internet in actual class, I tried to find out whether the internet will me a method to solve the problems or not. I diagnosed the problems by categorizing the problems. The categories were the student category, teacher category and the textbook category. I suggested the internet education to solve the problems. To determine whether the internet can be used effectively in education, I studied about the internet in the social and cultural point of view. I also made a plan for the actual internet education class. I designed the education model and made an actual class with one class in middle school 3rd year. The effects were like the following; First, we can induce the self-leading study of students. Second, we can induce active participation of the students. Third, the resources for study became rich and students could feel more interest. Forth, I could provide the chance for a deeper understanding about poems. Fifth, the possibility to the variable methods of evaluation came true. This study tried to find out the importance of internet in the poem education and actually applied the theory in the field. Finally, further study about the practical and detail application of internet education should be done.
