- Abstract
- A Construction equipment noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field and has become a very serious issue in our living environment. we need better method of reducing construction equipment noise are highly required. methods of reducing construction noise, however, are very difficult because the poorness of basic data and insufficiency of the existing research. Therefore, This study indicate a basic data for effective methods reducing construction noise. A survey of construction noise by concrete enforce and than compared an estimate value with an actual survey value depend on an interval. The main conclusions are summarized as follows.
1) The Construction noises by concrete were a pressure pump 94.3dB(A), CPB(Concrete Placing Boom) 89.9dB(A), hand vibrator 89.2dB(A), breaker 91.0dB(A). all the noises equally present with 90dB(A). Characters of frequency band finds that the pressure pump, CPB(Concrete Placing Boom) similar in both the existing studies and the survey value, but the high frequency vibrator and the hand breaker have an inappreciable difference.
2) The complex sound of four construction equipments was high rather than an average noise of each equipments because the complex noise was ratio of volume the synthetical sound and standard sound. The survey result that over a regulation standard for noise of life(70dB) was same with all the frequency band irrespective of a distance.
3) The result that compared the estimate value with the actual survey value was as follows. On First Floor (149.42m), 16Hz∼125Hz frequency band presents that the actual survey value tower above the estimate value, 250Hz∼1kHz frequency band presents that the actual survey value same with the estimate value, 2kHz∼8kHz frequency band presents the actual survey value lower than the estimate value. Fifteenth Floor(156.02m) and twentyninth(172.90m) same with each other. Most of the frequency bands aside from 16Hz frequency present the actual survey value lower than the estimate value.
4) The actual survey value has a high Attenuation and Propagation Characteristic as compared with the estimate value. So every actual survey value was satisfied with a domestic standard(70dB) when they were moved to more than 156.05m.
It was expected that the basic data of appropriate distance calculation to reduce construction noise that happen at apartment indoor.
