통계학 성적에 유의한 영향을 주는 수강학생들의 인식에 관한 연구

Abstract

The academic importance of statistics has widely been realized. However, the department of statistics, especially, at provincial universities in Korea reaches a crisis. A survey regarding all aspects of introductory statistics in a statistics class during Winter school in 2006 course was conducted to identify the undergraduate students' cognitive level and educational background for the purpose of improving their understanding the course. We discovered that handouts used as class materials were effective. We found out some important factors that affect their credits by investigating their attitudes and final scores of the course.
