Abstract

Analysis of participation results of Kim-Hae At first, Kim-Hae is number three on the 46th meet, getting 210.5 point. Second, comparing with the 45th meet, Kim-Hae has fifteen high-rank events, ten middle-rank events and one low-rank event on the 46th meet, and seventeen high-rank events, ten middle-rank events on the 45th meet. After all, the high-rank events decrease, and several events fall into low-rank. Third, on the first place's score of the 46th meet events, the 46th's one is 4 points lower than the 45th, on the second place's score, the 46th's one is 18 points lower than the 45th, on the third place's score, the 46th's one is 7.5 points higher than the 45th, on the forth place's score, the 46th's one is 22 points higher than the 45th, on the fifth place's score, the 46th's one is 17 points lower than the 45th, on the sixth place's score, the 46th's one is 2 points higher than the 45th. Forth, on the ranking status of individual men and women events, the secondary education's men have two more the first places than women, the general men have one more the first place than women on the 46th meet. On the second place events, the secondary education's men have four more than women, the general men have two more than women. On the third place events, the secondary education's men have one more than women, the general men have one less than women. On the forth place events, the secondary education's men have one more than women, the general men have one more than women. On the fifth place events, the secondary education's men have two more than women, the general men have one more than women. On the sixth place events, the secondary education's men have two more than women, the general men have one less than women. On the seventh place events, both of the secondary education's and the general have same. On the ninth place events, the secondary education's men have two more than women, the general men have three more than women. Fifth, on the ranking status by events type, the weight events are ranked on the second place of 16 points, the third place of 23 points, the forth place of 12.5 point, the fifth place of 11.5 points and the ninth place of 2 points. The team events are ranked on the first place of 10 points, the second place of 9 points, the fifth place of 6 points, the sixth place of 5 points. The individual events are ranked on the first place of 19 points, the second place of 41 points, the forth place of 14 points. 2. Improvement plan First, players' secure School disciplines and upbring of special ability students decrease on high school, college and the general comparing with elementary and middle school as twelve events of seventeen elementary schools, twenty events of eighteen middle schools, four events of three high schools and each one events of the college and general. With comparing of men and women's events numbers, the women's total average of elementary, middle and high school is 28.7% lower than men as 64.3% of men, 35.7% of women, and the college and general 's men team is only each one. So, Balance of school disciplines and special ability students should be made of elementary, middle, high, the college and general, and men and women. Second, facilities' expansion As looking around physical facilities of elementary, middle and high schools, three elementary schools, six middle and high schools have the gymnasium. Lacking is proved that schools that have gymnasium are 19.7% average of total elementary, middle and high schools. As general physical facilities, there are four playgrounds, six public gyms, fourteen events' thirty three stadiums. As the most physical facilities are concentrated on Jang-Yoo myeon and nine dongs, the local supplement differences are too much. So, an local equalization of facilities must be actualized. Third, budget's expansion The player upbring expenses of the annual expenditure estimation 1,137,753,545 won of Kim-Hae on 2007 are 84,000,000 won as quasi organizations support, 68,400,000 won as school discipline instructor support, 552,500,000 won as discipline, and total is 704,900,000 won.
