Abstract

Purpose of this research draws element construction plan enemy by plumbing fixtures, and present optimum plumbing fixtures's number grasping special quality by toilet use of university building. Observation investigation was enforced a toilet in university that locate in Pusan area, and result that analyze examined data and information is as following. 1) User of a target toilet appeared by man user's ratio 55%, woman user's 45%. Taking a course number of persons is most to 293 people Thursday. User's number which use a toilet is most to 236 people Tuesday. Also, user's number per time to 39.3 people Tuesday most appear . 2) Toilet user by time change was converging immediately after lecture beginning ago and lunch hour both man and woman. The use rate of washbowl of plumbing fixtures use frequency appeared highest. Toilet stool according to use special quality of plumbing fixtures of possession time examined longest 990 seconds. Investigation target was expose that it is no latency time to use plumbing fixtures. 3) Optimum number of necessary plumbing fixtures calculated by woman toilet stool 0.04, washbowl 0.88, man toilet stool 0.03, urinal 4.95, washbowl 1.05 by waiting lines model. Man toilet stool is approximating in establishment number, but can know excess that designed than optimum number because remainder plumbing fixtures are expose that is less far than number of plumbing fixtures that is established in existing. This study finding was gone in limited extent extremely. But, show use special quality that use is different from school building that is intent limitation utilization style in specification period of time in college building. Therefore, existent data is judged that it is difficult to apply in design of plumbing fixtures of school building. Also, is considered to need to grasp enough use special quality as well as must examine about various building hereafter do not become excessive design.
