GIS기반 하천범람 영역 자동생성에 관한 연구

Abstract
This study proposes a prototype of GIS-based stream flood information that provides high results in reliability and time savings by automatic operations of hydraulic․hydrologic information’s provision and flooding area’s layers after fusing spatial analysis based on hydraulic․hydrologic model and Geographic information system (GIS) into one.
Through HEC-RAS (Hydrologic Engineering Center’s River Analysis System) that is a single dimension hydraulic model, high water level is calculated by applying time distributions of rainfall, and flood area’s layers are operated according to its levels by establishing accurate terrain data of targeted watersheds together with calculated high water level’s values.
Also, the study established spatial data and property one on user definition’s flooding model of GIS bases through UIS (Urban Information System), relevant reports on targeted streams, hydraulic․hydrologic information etc, and then operated the spatial database by using ArcSDE and Oracle DB. In addition, this study set up a prototype system by linking ArcObject with spatial DB so as to express flood model’s results to the map-based system. Therefore, the study provides reliability on result data and time saving compared to operating methods of existing flooding area’s layers, and is considered as becoming helpful in doing stream management and policy one by offering hydraulic․ydrologic information, flooding area’s analyses, and information on inundated sizes through the system.
