감천항의 정온도 향상 대책에 관한 연구

- Abstract
- In the case of construction of south breakwater at Gamcheon port to solve the problem of bad tranquility, I studied characteristics of port tranquility based on numerical simulation at same plane arrangement with different section.
Consequently it has calculated that mean wave height of 50 years frequency reduced mean 31% for main 4 wave direction(SSW, S, SE, SSE).
So We knew that south breakwater was effective method to control the wave height. And elevation of breakwater affects tranquility of harbour, but feature of section didn't. The tranquility of port shows different appearance because of port entrance direction and wave direction like the Gamcheon harbour which has a rectangular shape. And construction of south breakwater didn't affect harbour resonance. Port operation rate was improved 3% since construction of the south breakwater from mean 95.9% to mean 98.9%. With entering to the inner harbour at this rectangular type, the tranquility and port operation rates are enlarged at specific zone, but after construction of the south breakwater, this phenomenon has disappeared.
