수온변화가 플랑크톤에 미치는 생태영향지수 산정

Abstract

To study the impacts of water temperature change on marine plankton, a method using species diversity index difference is suggested. Species Diversity Effect Index(DEI) considered water temperature change and Shannon index(H’). DEI was applied to adjacent sea around the Gori nuclear power plant and evaluated. After collecting data, the impact of water temperature change in 2000 was severe in case of phytoplankton based on control site. However, zooplankton species diversity was increased in all area. DEI was compared with spread area of thermal discharge and the result of DEI was wider than that. DEI index can be used to compare sites and choose priority area which needs powerful management of ecosystem. Species diversity index which was only from the observed value and short of study in limited temperature change were the critical point. The study of developing ecosystem index and limited temperature change are needed further.
