Abstract
Abstract
This research compares and analyzes differences between the
7th educational curriculum and the 2007 revised curriculum.
This research also analyzes the constitution and contents of the
unit 『Number and Operation』in the middle school mathmatics
3 textbooks based on the 2007 revised curriculum. This research can
help teach this unit 『Number and Operation』.
The conclusions of this research are as the followings.
First, compared to the 7th curriculum, the most significant change
in the 2007 revised curriculum is the reduction in the amount of study,
which has lessened students academic burden.
Second, there is no specific differences of unit constitution
among textbooks, but the name of unit and sub-unit differs.
Third, the introduction of each unit attracts interests of learners
by using interesting contents.
Fourth, there are various questions in each textbook from
conceptional questions to adaptive ones.
Fifth, there is little differences of contents about communication
and educational technology among textbooks.
