e-Discovery에서 ESI의 수집과 보존에 관한 도구 설계 및 구현

Abstract

On December 2006, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) amendments of the United States make e-Discovery compulsory. Therefore, companies must build the system to manage ESI(electronically stored information) for preparing e-Discovery. This thesis provides not only explanation on e-Discovery but also analyze information of relevant e-Discovery projects and the e-Discovery solutions. Based on these analysis results, this thesis elicits the requirements of the collection and preservation step in e-Discovery. Also, this thesis explains the acquisition method of ESI in SNS and Smartphone. And then this thesis designs the support tool for e-Discovery which is composed of 3 modules including Agent, Server and Manager. Especially, this tool provides the function to acquire SNS data. Finally, this thesis presents the implementation of the prototype of e-Discovery support tools.
