수학사를 이용한 학습동기 유발에 관한 연구

Abstract
In mathematics education, to take advantage of mathematics history for learning motivation is one of effective methods that can help students to understand mathematical way of thinking, study actively, have correct understanding and attitude toward mathematics and cause an interest and a motive regarding mathematics learning. And the more lesson is difficult, there are more qualitative differences in durability and challenge of academic ability between those students. So teacher has to offer learning context or atmosphere which students can be motivated in enthusiastic, productive way.
This study will motivate students and make them to be interested in learning mathematics with history of mathematics, and mathematical approach. Thus, it has to offer a variety of materials which are used history of mathematics to make students motivate and participate in learning mathematics enthusiastically and productively.
