This study used a sports center the satisfaction of feeling to analyze whether there is any difference, feeling satisfied with the uses of the overall customer satisfaction and revisit some factors affecting the gareul also identify, contact and customer satisfaction and revisit whether there is any relation between Learn, understand it in the future the actual conditions of a high quality service that aims was wiha activation.
To achieve these research objectives in Busan and Gyeongnam province in 2010 to participate in the Sports Centre is set to target the people, and then sampling a total 419 people answered the survey data, and then 29 copies, except in bad faith based on 390 respondents call through frequency analysis of demographic analysis and measurement tools with proven validity and reliability using the demographic characteristics, depending on the purpose of use, satisfaction, and behavioral differences were identified. Purpose of use as a sports center, and then satisfy the users' impact on the multiple regression analysis to analyze the impact of satisfaction on behavior also investigated by multiple regression analysis. This study was performed using the SPSS 12.0 for analysis, through analysis the following conclusions were drawn.

This is stated as sports centers and a variety of factors that work, a sports center with a better service for it to consider the need to provide to users, and marketing strategies, also taking into account the characteristics of users need to arrange systematically.
Second, the satisfaction and for the actions of users look for differences in characteristics, satisfaction, or how to join the profession, that there are differences depending on the number of guest appeared, and how to get involved and use a number of actions, had shown a difference. Sports Center, according to the different characteristics of the user satisfaction comes Therefore, the characteristics of users who consume sports center, taking into account the physical, human, systemic improvement of service quality by promoting a differentiated strategy will need to pull over. Physical systems where the use of each diversity of facilities, internal comfort, amenities, social space, the atmosphere, and all the facilities that are used by the user or the external environment, for it seems to require careful consideration.
Third, using objective look at the impact of satisfaction for the purpose of use with users' motivation for higher sports centers and facilities meet the guest satisfaction increased. In other words, a sports center for the purpose of use of the users, will require more detailed study, users have the intrinsic motivation, as well as their relationship to socio-cultural factors will be needed for the study also. Same period, as well as intrinsic motivation and external satisfaction with the relationship of the research will be needed to improve.
Fourth, look at the impact of satisfaction on behavior, facilities, guest satisfaction is high, satisfaction or return to the Sports Centre or Sports Center invited the people around him in charge also increases. Many studies reveal the fact that even as a user with any product or service if the people feel satisfied, re-use its products or services that will occur, and also of mouth.
