웨이트 트레이닝 방법의 차이 및 Detraining이 신체 조성, 성장호르몬, Testosterone, Adiponectin, Cortisol에 미치는 영향

Backgrounds : The purpose of this research is to study the origin of the weight training's method and to establish the effectiveness of detraining about body composition, growth hormone, testosterone, adiponectin and cortisol by varied training such as ascending set, descending set, drop set and pre-exhaustion set finding out the most appropriate way from all of the above during 12weeks and, to find out the persistency of the weight training, detraining for 4weeks period would be given, so that it would be found out which one is the most continuous way among them. so, the most effecive exercise prescription would be the presented.
Objectives : The effect of difference about the way of weight training, the effectiveness of detraining about body composition, human growth hormone, testosterone and adiponectin, cortisol.
Methods : The 40 subjects for the research are general male collegian from k , d, b university in B city among them, each 8 subjects are classified as control, ascending, desending, drop, pre-exhaustion group. The measurement of the research would be enacted for 3 time, before workout, after 12weeks' workout, during 4weeks detraining testing of body composition, human growth hormone, testosterone, adiponectin and cortisol.
Result : In a view of cutting body % fat, pre-exhaustion set group is testified as the most effective way among others in a view of muscle mass, pre-exhausion set group is testified as the most effective way among others there is a difference even detraining during 4weeks in order of pre-exhaustion, drop, ascending, descending set group. others in a view of weight was not plain difference expressed.
In a view of human growth hormone, pre-exhausion set group is testified as the most effective way among others in a view of testosterone, pre-exhausion set group shows better secreation rates than drop set, ascending set, descending set in order. The detraining during 4weeks, pre-exhausion set group shows better secreation rates than drop set. In a view of testosterone was not plain difference expressed.
In a view of adiponectin, drop set group is testified as the most effective way among others. the detraining during 4weeks, descending, drop set group shows a higher level than ascending set. and ascending set shows a higher level than pre-exhaustion. In a view of cortisol was not plain difference expressed.
