다양한 환경에 대한 CFRP rebar의 내구성에 관한 연구

- Abstract
- The durability of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) rebars for specific environment such as sea water, alkaline solution and distilled water at room temperature and 80℃ has been investigated. The gains of moisture absorption as a function of immersion time have been investigated in specific environment. Bending test and short beam shear test were carried out to determine flexural strength and interface shear strength. After testing, the surfaces of CFRP rebars were observed to evaluate the environmental effects by Optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).
The results were as in the following. The gains of moisture absorption were increased with increasing immersion times in distilled water at 80℃ and alkaline solution but, did not been increased in distilled water at room temperature and sea water. The flexural strength and interface shear strength of CFRP rebars decreased with increasing the immersion times only in distilled water at 80℃ and alkaline solution. The degradation and crack of specimens immersed in distilled water at 80℃ and alkaline solution were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).
