어선 해양사고와 기상요소의 관계에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- Sea accident related to fisher boat among sea accident 3,084 ships of domestic ship is 2,375 ships for the latest 5 years(2005~2009). This is included for 77% of the whole sea accident.
To prevent this fisher boat sea accident, this thesis analyzed about the fisher boat sea accident written decision 412 cases of Korean maritime safety tribunal for the 2005~2009 years, and then studied relation about weather element and fisher boat sea accidents.
According to this study's findings, sea accident occurrence cycle about the fisher boat 1 ship appeared most shortly by 1.6days in fog weather. It was means that the limited visual field security gives the most influence on fisher boat collision accident. It was a fact which weather element disturbs visual field security of fisher boat in all sea disaster. Regardless of fisher boat size, the limited visual field influenced in sea accident.
Fisher boat sea accident of 139(33.7%) ships occurred in winter from November to next year January. Small fisher boats suffer a lot of impacts in sea bad weather condition. The accident of fisher boat less than 50ton was 284(68.9%) ships. Gill netter was the most with 68 ships in fisher boat type.
Collision accident was the most with 77.9% ships in fisher boat sea accident type. Overthrow?Osinking accident was 13.6% ships and the main reason was bad weather on the sea.
Besides, high wave height and strong speed wind influenced to fisher boat overthrow accident. Also, fisher boat less than 5ton was influenced most greatly by sea weather and led to sea accident.
Therefore, analyzing in this study about the relationships between a fisher boat sea accidents and meteorological factors will be helped that establish sea accident preventive measure. For decreasing cause of sea accident, when the weather become badness, government considers weather element and should control more active about fisher boat.
